New Auction Procedures

 

Due to the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19 I have had to make some changes to the day to day safe running of the Auction. The following are necessary to enable all our safety.

 

Entry to the Sale room is strictly by appointment only.                  
Appointments can be made by phoning Caroline on 01257 793930 or 07837457512.                                                                            
Until further notice ALL Auctions will be conducted ‘behind closed doors'.                                                                                 
Bidding can be done by leaving absentee/commission bids or by Bidding ‘live’ on EASY LIVE AUCTION (LINK TO EASY LIVE AUCTION

Masks must be worn when entering the Sale room.                         
Hands must be sanitized at the sanitizing station on entry.                   
Please follow the one-way system & adhere to the 2-meter social distancing floor signs.                                                                           
Viewing will now be Sunday & Mondays 9.30am 2pm                                                                                                          
All successful bidders will be contacted via email through Easy Live Auctions or the office.                                                                                
Buyers must contact the office to make an appointment to collect items, entry will not be allowed without an  appointment.
Sellers must also make an appointment prior to supplying items.

Due to the disruption caused to the neighbouring businesses this Wednesday, we are now prohibited from using more than 1 trolley at a time & I can only have 2 suppliers in the hall way at any one time. 

ENTRY WILL BE ON A 'TICKET' SYSTEM TO AVOID DISTURBING NEIGHBOURING BUSINESSES & TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING
PLEASE DO NOT UNLOAD YOUR ITEMS UNTIL ADVISED TO DO SO.                                                         

Appointments for sellers will only be available on Wednesdays from 7.30am-3pm only.                                                                                                          
All unsold items need to be picked up within 1 week of the last sale date, seller payments will still be made in cash unless requested otherwise.                                                                                   
Please be mindful of other businesses while in the center, follow the information signs & maintain social distancing.
